Father Gascoigne (bust)

I recently took the Cinematic Character course from CGMA and decided to make Father Gascoigne from Bloodborne, as I'm a big fan of everything SoulsBorne. The goal was to achieve a cinematic quality which could be used in Blur-like trailers. For the course I focused on the bust so I could follow every lesson without falling behind, I will finish it for sure in the following months.
A huge thanks to Peter Zoppi for giving very helpful and constructive feedback, helping me push this further than I could on my own. Also for the very informative course, picked up a lot of new information, tips and tricks.

Sculpted in Zbrush, Marvelous 4 cloth sim, 3ds max 4 topology, maya 4 character assembly and rendering in Vray. All assets textured in Substance Painter. Used XYZ maps for the face details. Some photoshop for maps manipulation and some post processing. Xgen for the hair and fibermesh for the beard stubble.
